PURPOSE: A cold air flow path opening/closing device and a refrigerator having the same are provided to minimize the loss of cool air generated from a refrigerator and to prevent the inflow of foreign materials into a duct. CONSTITUTION: A cold air flow path opening/closing device comprises a cold air flow path(200) and an opening and closing part. The cold air flow path comprises a first cold air flow path and a second cold air flow path. The first cold air flow path connects a freezing area to a cooling area. The second cold air flow path connects different locations of the cooling area. The opening and closing part is installed in the main body forming the cooling area.
