<p>A dough disk calibrating head comprising a plurality of calibrator members (2, 2', 2", ...) capable of moving on a predetermined lying plane (À) and having respective curved surfaces (3, 3', 3", ...) arranged over a circumference, motion imparting means (4) for moving the calibrator members (2, 2', 2", ...) with predetermined radial translational movements (t) between a first position in which the curved surfaces (3, 3', 3", ...) define a maximum diameter (D MAX ) and a second position in which the curved surfaces (3, 3', 3",...) define a minimum diameter (D MIN ) for the circumference. The radial translational movements (t) of the calibrator members (2, 2', 2", ...) are synchronized and cover predetermined radial distances sufficient to move the curved surfaces (3, 3', 3", ...) to an intermediate position between the first and second position.</p> |
