<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a lithium secondary battery collector and a secondary battery, capable of performing quick discharge and recharge at a high current value and high in the retention rate of an initial battery capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery collector includes an aluminum foil 1 and a film 4 formed on the aluminum foil 1 and having a thickness of 0.1 μm or more and 10 μm or less. The film 4 contains: carbon fine particles 3 of one or more selected from the group consisting of acetylene black, Ketjenblack, vapor-grown carbon fibers and graphite (black lead); and a polysaccharide high-molecular polymer 2 crosslinked by a crosslinking agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
