<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power failure information processing system for acquiring the range of power failure that is caused by a distribution line accident on a consumer's house basis. <P>SOLUTION: In a power distribution integration system 1, a power failure information management system 5 is installed at each sales office, receives power failure information transmitted from a power distribution automatic system 2 at the time of occurrence of power failure, generates power failure customer information including the customer's addresses being the target of the power failure from power failure section numbers in the power failure information, and transmits the information to a power failure information integration system 6. Then, a sectional electric pole customer DB, generated from a section DB, a transformer DB, and a lead-in pole DB is referenced. The power failure information integration system 6 receives the power failure customer information from the power failure information management system 5 and transmits the information to a power failure information notification system 7. In a customer center, the power failure information notification system 7 accepts the power failure customer information from the power failure information integration system 6, and distributes the information to all the customer operation terminals 8 together with the detailed maps of each house.
