The present invention relates to a chopping device for brewed coffee production. This chopping device for coffee beans performs uniform chopping on coffee bean powder filling a porter filter for brewed coffee extraction and determines the flavor and taste of the coffee based on the length of time of high-temperature water permeation. The present invention includes: a bottom portion; a pillar stand disposed on and to be perpendicular to the bottom portion; a support assembled with the pillar in a horizontal direction crossing the pillar, the porter filter being removably received by the support; and a pressing unit disposed on the pillar, lifted and lowered in response to a force of rotation of an operating lever driven as a result of a manual operation, and chopping the coffee bean powder the porter filter is filled with. According to the present invention, the tamping is performed with convenience by means of the manual operation of the simple mechanical mechanism. |
