PURPOSE: A traveling device moving in a pipe using a parachute and an inspection device for the inside a pipe having the same are provided to change the releasing direction of a parachute by corresponding to the moving direction of a main body unit. CONSTITUTION: A traveling device moving in a pipe using a parachute comprises a parachute(100) and a main body unit(200). The parachute is connected to the front or rear of the main body unit and moves the main body unit by receiving pneumatic pressure applied to a pipe. The main body unit has wheel-driven legs(222,226). The wheel-driven legs are folded or unfolded by corresponding to the inner diameter of the pipe.
