The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing flexible flat cable having a reinforcing film adhered without any wasted material to the ends of wires arranged at a connecting portion, so as to prevent the occurrence of peel-off in which the end of the wires arranged at the connecting portion lift off. The method for manufacturing flexible flat cable according to the present invention comprises: step (A) of boring an exposed window (10) at a predetermined gap (S1) in an upper film (F1) that unwinds from a first bobbin (B1); step (B) of feeding a plurality of copper lines (CL) arranged between the upper film (F1) and a lower film (F2), and heating and pressing the upper film (F1) and lower film (F2) using thermal bonding rollers (R1 and R2) to bond the upper film (F1) and lower film (F2) together when the copper lines (CL) are disposed between the upper film (F1) and lower film (F2); step (C) of attaching a first reinforcing plate (30) to a strip of flexible flat cable (F3) having the upper film (F1) bonded with the lower film (F2) so that the first reinforcing plate (30) attached to the lower surface of the lower film (F2) corresponds in position to the exposed window (10) defined in the upper film (F1); step (D) of attaching a reinforcing film (35) to the center of the reinforcing window (10) formed in the upper film (F1) of the strip of flexible flat cable (F3); step (E) of slitting both sides of the strip of flexible flat cable (F3) so that the strip of flexible flat cable (F3) has a predetermined width (d1); step (F) of winding the slit strip of flexible flat cable (F3) on a bobbin (B3); and step (G) of supplying the strip of flexible flat cable (F3) wound on the bobbin to a cutting device, and cutting the central portion of the reinforcing film (35) attached to the strip of flexible flat cable (F3) so as to complete a flexible flat cable (FFC).
