<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an organic electroluminescent panel effective for high yield or high definition, and a manufacturing method of an organic electroluminescent panel using a deposition mask capable of exerting appropriate tension in order to realize it. <P>SOLUTION: A deposition mask, which includes: a frame body 34; a first sub-mask 36 having a plurality of wire rods 38, which are separately arranged in plane in parallel and have an identical width; and a second sub-mask 42 having at least one opening 44, is prepared. On a circuit board 10, a plurality of luminescent layers 20 consisting of organic material are formed by deposition using the deposition mask. The first sub-mask 36 is fixed to the frame body 34 so that tension is exerted on the plurality of wire rods 38 in their longitudinal direction, and only the plurality of wire rods 38 extend straight and continuously in the direction of the tension. The plurality of wire rods 38 are disposed on one surface of the second sub-mask 42 so as to overlap with the at least one opening 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
