<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of reducing the number of high-voltage components and contriving miniaturization and a reduced cost by commonalizing the high-voltage components. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner vertically arranges a first duct 10 storing a first fan 15 and a second duct 20 storing a second fan 25 in parallel.
