<p>There is provided a multiparticulate drug delivery composition adapted for the delivery of a pharmacological agent to the small intestine of a mammal, including drug-containing coated particles, which particles comprise a drug-containing core coated with an enteric polymer that prevents significant release of drug in an acid environment but permits drug release in a more alkaline environment, wherein the particles float when suspended in water.</p> |
