<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame-equipped panel made of an aluminum alloy, wherein flexure or deformation accompanied by joining can hardly occur, and wherein weight can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This frame-equipped panel P1 includes: a face material 1 made of the aluminum alloy; and frame materials 2 each made of the aluminum alloy. The frame material 2 has a flat face 2a overlapped on the rear face of an edge part of the face material 1, and is brazed to the face material 1 in the flat face 2a. The frame material 2 has: a frame body 21 disposed outside the face material 1; and an overhang part 22 overhanging from the frame body 21.
