<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet having metal wires with high restoring force against folding. <P>SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive sheet 1 comprises a plurality of conductive metal wires 3 arranged so that the lengthwise direction of each of the metal wires 3 faces the thickness direction of an insulating sheet 2. In the anisotropic conductive sheet 1, each of the metal wires 3 has: a core material 6 made of a nickel-titanium alloy; and a conductive coating layer 8 coating the core material 6 with a conductive material having a specific resistance of 6.5×10<SP POS="POST">-8</SP>Ω m (0°C) or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
