摘要 <p>A radiation curable sealant used for encapsulating glasses nameplates or decorations comprises the following components by weight percentage: 30-70% of polyurethane acrylate oligomer, 10-50% of polyester acrylate, 0-40% of reactive diluter, 0.2-8% of photoinitiator, 0.1-5% of silane coupling agent, 0-2% of antioxidant, 0-2% of defoamer; wherein the reactive diluter is mono, di or multi functional acrylate; the photoinitiator is cleavage-type initiator, hydrogen abstraction type initiator or mixture thereof; the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of epoxy silane, vinyl silane and (meth)acryloxy silane. The sealant can be directly injected into a groove in which the glasses nameplates or decorations have been placed, without requiring to be mixed with glue before using, and quickly cured with UV radiation to finish the encapsulation. Therefore, it greatly improves the production efficiency, saves energy, and reduces the cost of raw materials.</p>
