PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated system combining functionalities of an infusion device such as an insulin infusion pump and an analyte monitoring system such as a continuous glucose monitoring system.

SOLUTION: The system includes a first tube having a first tube channel, and a second tube having a second tube channel and including a plurality of electrodes disposed within the second tube channel. At least a portion of the first tube and at least a portion of the second tube are disposed in subcutaneous tissue under a skin layer.
