<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular generator capable of preventing generation of a malfunction in a rectification device due to noise superimposed onto an output voltage even when the rectification device is installed inside the vehicular generator. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular generator 1 includes: stator windings 2, 3; rectifier module groups 5, 6 that have a bridge circuit including a MOS transistor 50 or 51 and rectify an induced voltage of the stator windings 2, 3; a control part 100 that controls on-off operations of the MOS transistors 50, 51; and on-timing determination parts 110, 120 that determine the on-timing of the MOS transistors 50, 51 connected to a phase winding. The on-timing determination parts 110, 120, when a state where a differential voltage between a phase voltage and an output voltage is larger than a predetermined threshold voltage continues for over a fixed time, determines it to be such timing as to turn on the MOS transistors 50, 51 to notify the control part 100 of the timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
