<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pumping and polishing a game ball which includes a sufficient polish function within a short distance. <P>SOLUTION: The device for pumping and polishing the game ball includes: a base body 11 arranged in a vertical direction along a gaming machine 10; a device 20 for conveying the game ball that is supported by the base body 11 to circulates in a vertical direction; and a polishing member 40 mounted detachably to the base body 11. The device has a cross-section of ached shape and has an inner circumferential diameterslightly larger than the outer circumferential diameter of the game ball P.
