<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved transaction processing system on the basis of a transaction processing system and technologies for implementing a credit/debit transaction on the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of processing a safe transaction between an account owner (30) and a participant merchant (20) on a low-security computer network (50), including: generating a plurality of individual codes which vary periodically and can not be predicted; and assigning a specific identifier to a plurality of account owners (30), and each of the identifiers is related to one of individual codes which vary periodically and can not be predicted, respectively.
