摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional droplet ejection apparatus that there is difficulty in improving light shielding of light from a light source. <P>SOLUTION: A droplet ejection apparatus includes: an ejection head for ejecting a liquid body of photocuring nature as a droplet; a feeding device for feeding a recording sheet W of optical transparency; a light source 87 that is provided facing the recording sheet W in a more downstream than the ejection head in a feeding direction of the recording sheet W, and that emits the light to be irradiated to the liquid body that is ejected on the recording sheet W; a cover 89 whose optical transparency is lower than that of the recording sheet W, that covers the light source 87 from an opposite side of the recording sheet W of the light source 87 and where an outlet of a UV ray 88 heading the recording sheet W is provided facing the recording sheet W; and a cover 91 whose optical transparency is lower than that of the recording sheet W and that is provided to face the cover 89 while interposing the recording sheet W on the opposite side of the cover 89 of the recording sheet W and to overlap at least a region of the outlet of the cover 89. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
