The purpose of the present invention is to provide a therapeutic agent or a prophylactic agent for neuropathic pain, which can enhance the analgesic activity of a calcium channel a2d ligand synergistically when the calcium channel a2d ligand is contained at a dose that does not develop any adverse side effect, and which can prevent the development of any new adverse side effect on the central nervous system. The present invention provides a therapeutic agent or a prophylactic agent for neuropathic pain, which comprises, as active ingredients, a cyclohexane derivative represented by formula (1), a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the derivative, or a prodrug of the derivative or the pharmacologically acceptable salt and a calcium channel a2d ligand.
