<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioning control device for a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to achieve safe and agreeable inner environment of a vehicle by preventing the inflow of bad smell and harmful materials. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning control device for a vehicle comprises an exhaust gas filter(200), a first differential pressure sensor(210), a second differential pressure sensor(220), and a controller(300). The exhaust gas filter collects particulates. The first differential pressure sensor and second differential pressure sensor detect differential pressure of both ends of the exhaust gas filter.
