PURPOSE: A device for measuring the physical properties of a wire for orthodontic treatment is provided to select a wire having suitable physical properties according to a relevant step and purpose in orthodontic treatment. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the physical properties of a wire for orthodontic treatment comprises a base substrate(10), a first support(100), a second support(200), a photographing unit(400), and a control unit(700). The first support is installed on the base substrate to place one side of a wire(500) for orthodontic treatment. The second support is installed on the base substrate at a specified distance from the first support to place the other side of the wire for orthodontic treatment. The photographing unit creates an image of the wire placed on the first and second supports. The control unit calculates the physical properties of the wire for orthodontic treatment using the image of the photographing unit. A weight for applying a load is hung on the wire for orthodontic treatment.
