PURPOSE: A wrist protector for bowling is provided to improve feeling of wearing and to minimize inconvenience of use. CONSTITUTION: A wrist protector for bowling comprises: a first protector(100) and a second protector(200) connected by a hinge; a stopper(230) which is connected to one of the first protector and second protector; and a position determining unit(300) which is integrally equipped on one side of the protector facing the stopper and is equipped with a position determining tool in order to adjust the exposure of an adhesion block or an operating tool.
