Method for producing a sheet metal part from a high tensile sheet metal material with a zinc-nickel coating applied by means of electrolysis

The method involves press-hardening a high-solid steel sheet material against a metal sheet molded portion (P). An anti-corrosive zinc nickel coating (C) is formed on the metal sheet molded portion by electrolytic process. A thin nickel layer is formed on the metal sheet molded portion before start of coating formation. The thickness of the zinc nickel coating is 15 mu m and heat treatment of the zinc nickel coating is performed at a temperature of 180-200[deg] C. An independent claim is included for press-hardened metal sheet molded object.
