PURPOSE: A sealant injection and leakage cutoff method for a structure is provided to prevent the corners of members located at both sides of a gap from becoming discolored and cracked due to rainwater and ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION: A sealant injection and leakage cutoff method for a structure is as follows. Members are vertically installed on the bottom of a structure(S100). Primer is spread between the members. A sealant injection space is formed by horizontally or vertically inserting backup members in the inner and outer sides of a space(S200). Injection holes are formed in the backup members using a packer of an injector(S300). The injector having the packer is inserted into the injection hole and injects a sealant into the sealant injection space(S400). The injector is drawn out of the injection hole, and the injected sealant is solidified(S500).
