PURPOSE: A thermoelectric cooling element using a flexible substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a cooling effect by using a unit thermoelectric module and a patch type complex thermoelectric module even though a part of thermoelectric element is damaged. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode and a second electrode(40) are formed on a first substrate. A first n type thermoelectric device and a first p type thermoelectric device are formed on the first electrode. A second n type thermoelectric device and a second p type thermoelectric device are formed on the second electrode. A third electrode(90) is formed on the first n type thermoelectric device. A fourth electrode is formed on the first p type thermoelectric device and the second n type thermoelectric device. A fifth electrode is formed on the second p type thermoelectric device. A second substrate(120) is formed on the third electrode, the fourth electrode, and the fifth electrode.
