PURPOSE: A construction method of a guide display board is provided to enable the formation of brightness having fixed intensity or more though afterglow is maintained for fixed time by a single coating process. CONSTITUTION: A part in which construction is necessary is cleaned with high pressure and is dried. One primer selected between aquatic binder or epoxy primer is spread and dried on a dried part. The resin selected from solid polyamide resin or solid melamine resin and the pulverized inorganic phosphorescent pigment are prepared. The liquid mixture is produced by mixing the prepared resin and phosphorescent pigment in the temperature of 200-400 degree at the speed of 100-800 rpm. The liquid mixture is spread on the part on which the primer is spread. The spread mixture is dried.
