PURPOSE: A case of a transmission is provided to reduce case vibration by including a reinforcing rib which faces the exterior wall of a case. CONSTITUTION: A case accepts a shift mechanism. A first bearing part(61) supports a first rotary shaft of the shift mechanism. A second bearing part(62) supports a second rotary shaft of the shift mechanism. A reinforcing rib(66) is separated from an exterior wall of a case. The reinforcing rib is included while facing the exterior wall.
