PURPOSE: A children seat-belt structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent accidents by a belt since when a vehicle suddenly brakes, pressure applied to the chest of children by the belt is absorbed by an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A children seat-belt structure of a vehicle comprises a hanger(100). The hanger is installed on one side of the seat back(11) of a seat. The hanger holds the middle part of a seat belt crossing the chest of children. The central part of the hanger is bent. The hanger comprises a hanging member(110) and a fixing member(120). One side of the hanging member is fixed to the inner side of the seat back, the belt hangs on the other side of the hanging member. The fixing member fixes the hanging member to the inner side of the seat back.
