PURPOSE: A corrosion preventive iron-pipe coating method and an iron-pipe coated with a corrosion preventive film are provided to prevent the internal surface of the iron-pipe from being corroded using a modified epoxy polyurea resin as a film forming resin. CONSTITUTION: The internal surface of an iron-pipe is washed and smoothened. A modified epoxy polyurea resin is sprayed and coated on the internal surface of the iron-pipe as a film forming resin. The modified epoxy polyurea resin is dried and hardened. The modified epoxy polyurea resin includes 15-20 weight% of an alkanolamine-modified epoxy resin, 65-70 weight% of isocyanate pre-polymer, and 10-15 weight% of an amine compound.
