FIELD: food processing industry and medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method envisages placing silicon minerals into container with water at ratio of 0.3 to 3 kg per 100 L water. Minerals are held for 20-30 days in water in closed space at temperature between 30 and 50°C.
