The fluid releasing agent has alcohol or a mixture of alcohol or volatile organic compounds or solvents as fluid carriers and polyalkylene glycol. The fluid carrier polyalkylene glycol is blended with average molecular weight of 200 to 12000 gram per mol. The polyalkylene glycol is also blended with average molecular weight of 600 to 4000 gram per mol or copolymer of propylene oxide or ethylene oxide blended with average molecular weight of 1000 to 8000 gram per mol. The portion of polyalkylene glycol is greater than or equal to 1 percent. |
