The panel finds application in power engineering. It is characterized by improved reliability and thermal efficiency. It has several layers (1n), each with its respective longitudinal alveolar cells (2n). The package of layers is an extruded monoblock of transparent heat-resistant polymer. It is supplied with inlet opening (3) and collector (4) as well as outlet collector (5) and opening (6). Theopenings are through holes in two diagonal corners of the monoblock with sealed fronts. The layers are: (1 1) û upper, transparent, heat-insulating, (1 2) û active, heat-exchanging, (1 3) û lower, heat-insulating. On the bottom of the alveolar cells (2 2) in the layer (1 2) there is an absorbing layer (7). At both front ends of the panel the inner vertical walls of the alveolar cells (2 2) in thelayer (1 2), except for the two end cells (2 2k), are shortened to form the collectors (4 and 5) for the heat-transfer medium (8). There are thrust washers (9) around the collectors (4 and 5) in the upper layer (1 1) and in the lower layer (1 3). The panel is frontally sealed û layer (10).
