A vest has a front, a back, a left side, a right side, and top and bottom edges. A plurality of fixed coupling strips is secured to the vest in pairs. The strips of each pair are vertically oriented and spaced apart. The fixed coupling strips include long front and back pairs and short side pairs. A plurality of similarly configured envelopes is provided. A pair of repositionable coupling strips are secured to each envelope in a horizontal orientation. |
