The packing is formed in form of pouches (1), which are made of paper, aluminum foil, plastic or flexible material and its edges are connected, fused or glued. A closure is placed in a pouch between its layers (3). The closure has a base (5) with a cover (6) and a grip. The base is provided with a flange (7) and connected with the cover by an hinge-joint (12) or a slip knot. The cover is provided with a bolt.
