PURPOSE: An LED lamp is provided to radiate light to a different direction by mounting an LED substrate on the outer circumference of a rigid frame made of a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION: A rigid frame is manufactured in a cylindrical shape. A first sliding groove part(111) is formed along the outer circumference of the rigid frame at a constant interval. A second sliding groove part(112) is formed to face the inner circumference of the rigid frame. A fixed bracket(120) is fixed in one-side end of the rigid frame through a bolt which is fixed and coupled in the second sliding groove part. The fixing member fixes the fixed bracket on alighting shade to be attachable and detachable.
