A speed increasing and changing device for a planetary gear consists mainly of an annular wheel (1), a planetary gear carrier (2), a sun gear (3), and an overrunning clutch (4), and is mainly used as a speed increasing and changing unit for small-wheel bicycles, electric bicycles, and wind-power generators. When a one-stage planetary gear train is formed by disposing the overrunning clutch (4) between the planetary gear carrier (2) and the sun gear (3), two-speed changing is achieved; four-speed changing is achieved by a two-stage planetary gear train, and 1024-speed changing is achieved by a ten-stage planetary gear train. By setting the speed ratios of various planetary gear trains, any speed change can be achieved. The device is simple in structure and stable in operation.
