<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-emitting laser module capable of monitoring light quantity without deterioration of utilization efficiency of light. <P>SOLUTION: A surface-emitting laser module includes: a surface-emitting laser element in which a surface emitting laser is formed on a substrate; a base part for mounting the surface-emitting laser element; a cap part joined on a side of the base part, the side on which the surface emitting laser element is mounted; a reflection part provided in the cap part and reflecting a portion of light emitted from the surface-emitting laser; an emission window provided on the cap part and transmitting light except the light reflected by the reflection part out of the light emitted from the surface-emitting laser; and a light-receiving element mounted on the base part and receiving the light reflected by the reflection part out of the light emitted from the surface emitting laser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
