<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit capable of performing image quality adjustment adapted to the model of a printing device equipped with a communicably connected image processing unit (controller). <P>SOLUTION: When a printer driver 103 transmits support model information 1001 which is information concerning printing, support function list information 1002 and OS information 1003 which are information concerning image quality of drawing data, and a PDL 1004 as test data to a controller 200 of a printer 2b (B) as printing data, and receives correction information 1004 concerning the image quality of the drawing data from the controller 200, a PC 1 (information processing unit) reflects the correction information 1004 to print setting on the drawing data (adds and updates a function). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
