PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate screen information to display an image relating to photograph on a map after estimating a photographing position suitably.

SOLUTION: An electronic album creation server 15 identifies the position and the time zone of having stopped the travel of a vehicle on a traveled path, on the basis of path information data, identifies stop-time photograph data being photograph data relating to a photo taken in the time zone, on the basis of the photograph time information, and generates screen information for associating and displaying the position of having stopped the travel of the vehicle and an image relating to the stop-time photograph data and simultaneously displaying on the same map an image showing the traveled path relating to input path data and the image relating to the input photograph data.
