<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect endian-dependent parts contained in software. <P>SOLUTION: A software development system comprises: an instruction set simulator comprising a CPU model for simulating an execution program and a memory model as a work area of the CPU model; and a checker for monitoring execution of an access instruction to the memory model contained in the execution program, and when detecting a difference between the data length in writing and the data length in reading for the same part, giving notice of the execution part in the detection as an endian-dependent part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
