<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member which is capable of electrically connecting electric wires to each other with a simple structure, and which can be manufactured at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A joint member 10 comprises: a main body 12 which is made of a conductive metal plate deformed into a cylindrical shape and is externally fitted over a plurality of electric wires 11, 11 arranged in parallel; claws 14 which are formed on respective ends in an electric wire extension direction A of the main body 12 and are bendable toward the electric wires 11, 11; and connections formed on respective ends in a direction perpendicular to the electric wire extension direction A of the main body 12. By engaging the connections with each other while the main body 12 is externally fitted to the electric wires 11, 11, both the ends of the main body 12 are connected to each other while surrounding the electric wires 11, 11. After both the ends are connected, the claws 14 are bent toward the electric wires 11, 11 so that they bite into the electric wires 11, 11, thereby bringing the claws 14 into electrical contact with conductors in the electric wires 11, 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
