<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security in a charger. <P>SOLUTION: Even if multiple charge cables 41 to 43 are provided in a charger 30, electric charge is conducted only to a normal vehicle 10. Specifically, a user having a normal electronic key 20 connects a specific power supply plug 41a to the vehicle. At that time, a request signal is transmitted from a transmission antenna 38a of the specific power supply plug 41a to the electronic key 20. The electronic key 20 sends the answering signal in response to the received request signal. When a charger side control part 31 confirms the validity of an ID code included in the received answering signal, the charger side control part 31 supplies power to the specific power supply plug 41a and does not supply power to the power supply plugs 42a and 43a other than the specific power supply plug 41a.
