<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food spiral-cutting device which can easily perform spiral-cutting of a cutting object, while greatly improving usability. <P>SOLUTION: A cutting object is sandwiched between a supporting projection 31 in a blade board 12 and a holder 26. The cutting object is pressed between the blade board 12 and a pressure member 13, and in the pressed state, the holder 26 is rotated to spiral-cut the cutting object with a cutting blade 32 in the blade board 12.
