<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for an extension authentication protocol (EAP) group based on (using an appropriate replacement) an ECC(elliptic curve encryption) system and an SKE(symmetric key encryption) system. <P>SOLUTION: In the EAP system, an ECC algorithm and an SKE algorithm are used. In the EAP which is based on the ECC and the SKE, no certification is exchanged between a wireless communication apparatus and a server. At the time of communication, a replacement method (the random number is cubed to a modulus of the prime number p=2 mod3) is used between the wireless communication apparatus side and the server side in order to avoid replay attack.
