<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution of a piperazinyl-containing silanol compound having a functional group except an amino group at a non-silicon site, which is effective in improving the adhesion between different materials when being used, and to provide a method for producing the aqueous solution. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous solution of the piperazinyl-containing silanol compound includes a piperazinyl-containing silanol compound having general formula (1) (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a 1-10C substituted or non-substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n is an integer of 0-2) and a dehydrated condensate thereof, and the volatile alcohol content is less than 10 mass% in the aqueous solution. The adhesion between the two or more kinds of different materials is improved and high mechanical characteristics and heat resistance are imparted to a composite material including them, by using the aqueous solution of the piperazinyl-containing silanol compound and the dehydrated condensate thereof. The amount of alcohol volatilizing in use can be suppressed because no alcohol is generated, and the content of the volatile alcohol is small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
