<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster crisis management device, a damage level computation method and a damage level computation program for quantifying the degree of damage related to disaster occurence for each area. <P>SOLUTION: A damage information calculation unit 15A calculates the numbers of victims, damaged houses and evacuees in each area respectively based on observed damage information inputted, and a damage level computation unit 15B computes a damage level which indicates the degree of damage in each of the areas, based on a damage ratio obtained by dividing the number of victims in the area by population of the area, a damaged house ratio obtained by dividing the number of damaged houses in the area by the number of houses in the area, and an evacuation ratio obtained by dividing the number of evacuees in the area by the population of the area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
