A multi-band antenna device is disclosed in the present invention, and the device includes: a first radiation unit, a second radiation unit, an antenna bracket and a feeding source, wherein the first radiation unit is set on the antenna bracket and connected with the feed source; the second radiation unit is set in a headroom under the antenna bracket and connected with the feed source; the antenna bracket is used for fixing the first radiation unit; the feed source is used for feeding the first radiation unit and the second radiation unit. An application terminal of the multi-band antenna is also disclosed in the present invention. Appling the device and application terminal, the headroom on the main board is reasonably utilized, thus resolving the technology difficulty that a multi-band antenna can not be set on a bracket due to the insufficient space on the antenna bracket.
