<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time information acquisition device and a radio clock which are highly tolerant to transient noise contamination, and which can acquire exact time information from a time code signal. <P>SOLUTION: A time information acquisition device and a radio clock acquire time information from a time code signal included in a standard wave. Further, the time information acquisition device and the radio clock include: pulse measuring means that detects proximity of how close each pulse signal constituting a time code signal is relative to a pulse signal presented by any of codes (Step S11); and code string determining means that determines, regarding multiple pulse signals included in a time code signal as one group, a code string fitting, with high probability, to any one of code strings having a possibility of appearing in a portion corresponding to the group, based on the proximity (Steps S14, S15, S17, S18, and S21 to S26). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
