<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element array capable of increasing the density of light-emitting elements with a simple structure, and to provide a print head having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting element array is configured by forming a P-type first semiconductor layer, an N-type second semiconductor layer, a P-type third semiconductor layer, and an N-type fourth semiconductor layer sequentially on a semi-insulating substrate, forming an anode electrode on the first semiconductor layer, and forming a cathode electrode on the fourth semiconductor layer. The anode electrode is patterned and formed as two common anode wires 115 and 116.
