<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver and a transmitter receiver capable of appropriately matching components even when the components are shared. <P>SOLUTION: A device for receiving signals transmitted by multiple bands includes: multiple first processing means for respectively receiving the signals transmitted by the multiple bands; second processing means for receiving the signals processed by the multiple first processing means; and matching means arranged between the multiple first processing means and the second processing means, for matching the multiple first processing means and the second processing means.
